You will learn effective sleep therapy techniques that reverse chronic insomnia and lead to sustained improvements in sleep quality without sleep medications. The team has extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and the deprescribing of sedative-hypnotics.
